It so happened that for the last 5 years I have been working in Moscow and St. Petersburg opening projects related to fish and seafood saturated with Japanese and Far Eastern cuisine  with an amazing chef ~ and our countrymanVladimir Barinovwho studied under Japanese and Chinese chefs for a long time.  Looking for good fish and seafood  for the projects I open and seafood to the countries of the customs union for sushi bars.  Today I want to offer you all my experience gained by me in catering and supplies of fish and seafood.

I will prepare for you sauces available in rare restaurants and even more so not available in stores, I will select spices and give recommendations on how to properly serve or cook and how I cook fish and seafood at home for myself.

I will clean, cut,  marinate fish and seafood for you. You just have to cook them. I will do it as it is customary, you will not see pieces of fish transparent to the light, you will not need to clean and cut the fish, staining the entire kitchen ~ only if you yourself do not want to mess with it at home), you will have it serve immediately or cook as you like; ~ bake, fry, make Tar~Tar or serve as Sushi and Roll, and Ceviche will be our highest achievement.
