When you get news bulletininMonday, press the button"ORDER HERE" in the newsletter to place your order.
WithMonday to Thursday I accept and put into work your orders, These days:~ I visit fishermen from whom I buy fish and seafood.
~ I clean, cut fish, prepare sauces, complete your orders and I give you feedback about the readiness of the order, I specify the delivery time.

DELIVERY:

ATThursday and FridayWith10 a.mbefore8 pm I  deliver all over the city fromEgersheld to Dawn.

Before I go to you, I will call and notify you of the time and window of delivery.

I work for you to be your valuable resource of knowledge and experience in the world of fish and seafood. Please call me anytime if you have questions or concerns about seafood, service or sustainability.

I would like to give you a detailed and exhaustive answer and will be happy to share with you my knowledge of what it means to be a supplier and consumer of sustainable fish and seafood.

MY experience and passion for sustainable seafood ensures:

  • Tracking of all offers to the vessel or manufacturer, catch area of the fishing method and production. No guesswork about where and how  fish and seafood were obtained.

  • Most of the fish and seafood that I offer are caught by local fishermen directly in the coastal waters of the Far East from Chukotka to Vladivostok inclusive.

  • The fish and seafood that I offer you are plentiful ~ able to replenish and obtained in a legal way.

  • How to store and defrost (thaw) fish, how long fish can be stored and how to keep it fresh and tasty.

  • Recommendations from personal experience: ~  How and with what to serve or cook seafood fish.

  • What is the difference and how to choose good fish and seafood and how to keep it safe for health.
